
Health and fitness is the key to a long, active and enjoyable life. It is correctly said that Health is the actual Wealth that a person can have.
Being healthy and fit in simple terms means taking good care of the body. We should remember that a healthy mind resides only in a healthy body. Good health of both mind and body helps one maintain the required energy level to achieve success in life.
A healthy and fit person is capable of living the life to the fullest, without any major medical or physical issues. Being healthy is not only related to the physical well-being of a person, it also involves the mental stability or the internal peace of a person.
Generally, a healthy diet consists of taking a proper and healthy food which includes eating green and fresh vegetables, fruits, having milk, eggs, minerals, proteins and vitamins essential for a human’s lifestyle. Practicing Yoga including regular exercises in your daily routine also help you maintain your desired fitness, blood sugar and immunity level.
Being healthy is not only related to the physical well being of a person, it also involves the mental stability or the internal peace of a person.
If a person is not mentally or internally fine, he can’t be called as a healthy and a fit person. And with the running time and messed up life & its choas in today’s world people do not really pay much attention to their health & fitness and specially on their mental health. They suffer from stress, anxiety, and depression which is a major problam for unhealthy living and un- peaceful life.Whether you experience lots of stress or hardly any at all, stress is a natural part of daily life.
SO, HERE ARE SOME WAYS TO REDUCE DAILY STRESS.
1. GET EXERCISING

Okay, okay. We may be bias but exercise has been clinically proven to reduce stress. Not only does exercise get your body in shape, it improves your mood which in turn, helps eliminate feelings of stress and strain.
2. GET YOUR SLEEP

If you’re stressed out, you might not be able to fall into a deep sleep, the period of sleep when the body repairs and restores itself. Feeling anxious also makes you come in and out of sleep throughout the entire night. If you’re under stress, you might sleep less but sleep is a powerful stress reducer. Following a regular sleep routine calms and restores the body, improves concentration, regulates mood, and improve decision-making. You are better able to cope with stress when you’re well-rested.
3.MANAGE YOUR TIME

There may be some big stress reasons in your life that can’t be helped but handling too many things in too little time won’t help, either. By ensuring your time is spent meaningfully, you’ll feel less rushed or pissed off in your daily life. Spend your time wisely, and be productive.
4. DRINK MORE WATER

The relationship between hydration and stress are no joke! When you stay hydrated, your body is able to keep cortisol levels low. Why does that matter? Cortisol is a stress hormone produced by your adrenal glands and keeping them in check is key to more relaxed well-being.
5. MAKE A LIST

Making a list and checking it twice won’t get rid of your stress, but it can help reduce your anxiety. By prioritizing and taking notes of your achievements, you’ll reward yourself with the satisfaction of completion of tasks . When you’re feeling stressed, a list can help work through what needs your attention immediately and what can wait
.6. EAT HEALTHY



How and what you eat can have an impact on your stress levels. Simple things from skipping meals to how much coffee you have in a day can contribute significantly to your overall wellbeing.
